How to access your OttawaIS webshare

 

 

1.         Enter the web URL to your Ottawa IS webshare in your web browser:

https://www.canadyonline.com/webshare/username

 

For example if your username is client, the URL would be:

https://www.canadyonline.com/webshare/client

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

 

The correct URL is  https://www.canadyonline.com  NOT http://www.canadyonline.com.

 

Please note the extra ‘s’ in the http portion of the URL, that is necessary for a secure connection.

 

 

2.         Once you type the address in your browser press enter, the following window will appear:

 

 

Select yes to continue.

 

 

3.         Enter the username and password supplied to you to access your secure file zone.

OPTIONAL STEP:

 

If you do not want the security alert window to appear every time you access your webshare, follow these steps.

 

 

 

 

 

1.         Select ‘view certificate’ from the security alert window.

 

 

 

 

 

2.         Select ‘install certificate’.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Follow the Certificate Import Wizard to complete the process.
